Mouse moves erratically due to a damaged mouse.
Cause:
Damaged mouse is causing erratic movement.
Solution:
Replace the mouse.
1) Turn off the computer.
2) Unplug the damaged mouse from the mouse port.
3) Plug the new mouse into the mouse port.
NOTE: Make sure that the new mouse is fully compatible with the damaged mouse it is replacing. In most cases, you will not have to install a driver for the new mouse.
4) Turn on the computer
